RETURNS & WARRANTY SUPPORT
To initiate a return or warranty claim, please email us at hello@thesanaray.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide the return address and next steps.
DAMAGES & PRODUCT ISSUES
Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@thesanaray.com with photos or a short video. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
RETURN POLICY – 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a refund.
To qualify:

Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

A 10% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns
We recommend retaining your drop-off receipt and tracking number.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
WARRANTY – 1-YEAR LIMITED COVERAGE
Your Sanaray® 3D LED Face Mask is covered by a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturer defects and electrical faults from the date of purchase.
To submit a warranty claim:

If your claim is approved, we’ll repair or replace your unit free of charge
Please note: The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please submit a return within 30 days and place a new order separately.
