ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.
SHIPPING COST
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping. Please allow 7-10 Business days for delivery depending on where you are located.
DELIVERY TIME
On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take up to 2 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's custom clearance processes.
TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. We do not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution. We may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost orders.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at hello@thesanaray.com to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
